We appreciate that not every business will need or want a retainer. Our Pay As You Go service is available to all clients, whether for a one-off piece of employment law advice, a project or ad hoc employment law advice. We will clearly scope what you need up front, so we both understand your requirements and what you're paying for.
What it costs
As every situation and client is different, we don't publish a rate card. We believe that our standard commercial rates are competitive for our calibre and background. We confirm our rates to you at the outset, and provide clear cost estimates, so there are no surprises.
For defined pieces of work, such as settlement agreements, contracts, change management projects, training and investigations, we offer fixed fees, capped fees, and day rates.
How it works
We offer a complimentary initial consultation, so you can tell us what you’re dealing with and what you need from us. We'll listen to you and scope out the work with you before anything is chargeable. If we think a particular direction or cost option will serve you best, we'll say so.
Equally, we are happy to work with you on a Pay As You Go basis if that is your preferred approach.
