Priyasha Tailor

Priyasha is a Trainee Solicitor with six years’ experience as a paralegal, most recently in-house at OCS Group UK Limited. There she ran unfair dismissal claims and supported a caseload of 30 to 40 Employment Tribunal claims, drafting tribunal documents and settlement agreements, attending hearings and advising the business on the merits of claims.

Before that, Priyasha spent two years as a paralegal at Keoghs Solicitors LLP, managing her own caseload and preparing court documents and instructions to experts and Counsel. She has also worked as a Customer Experience Adviser at AO Retail, as the first point of call for customer enquiries and complaints, and was chosen to train new starters within six months.

At University, Priyasha was the Equalities and Diversities Officer for the Law Society Committee, and gained volunteering experience through an internship with Support Through Court.

In her spare time, Priyasha loves cooking new dishes for family and friends, and has a great passion for exploring new cultures and travel, most recently around South East Asia.
